Rumah mcam ni... kalau unit tu maintain dan upgrade more attractive lah for potential tenants.Kalau kau beli tak buat apa2 ...memang lambat la org nak, silap2 listing pun org tak click perabot zaman 80an.
Penat ja kau bayor 2 ratus listing kat property website.

AHB ni iols taktau lagi kaka...
kalau ada peluang memang nak masuk yach...
sebab iols memang prefer investment yang tak perlu monitor sangat macam AHB ni...

harap2 boleh keluar ke bank tapi lepas pkp gamaknya...

sebab memang baru2 ni iols dah convert bitcoin2 dan segala kripto yang ada kepada tether... so ada cash banyak la tersimpan...

Kena ada maybank... sbb AHB is under maybank asset management... although maybank claim buleh urus AHB top up online tp so far service sokmo interrupted sbb sistem maybank2u and AHB sangatlah pprt tak integrated bg i.. sistem my asnb & maybank2u better integrated as compared to AHB...

YES AHB is a LOT better than ASB.. dividen walau nampak kecik tp 2X setahun and total is higher than EPF and ASB, siap dah tolak ZAKAT plak tu

Aku tgh cari 2nd house dari bln lpastp rege kat sini mencanak xturun punbaik rumah baru atau org jual..developer lak jual intermediate superlink rm650k++bukan area kl punmmg tak ler ku belisimpan duit dulu

setiap sorang yang iols kenal main saham from O&G ni.. mmg busuk2 pun rugi 30k above.. hahahahahhahah tu la.. masa iols preach pasal ASB1,ASB2, AHB, EPF.. diorang bleh ckp iols penakut sbb tu untung ciput, mana nak tengok investment below 10% dividends ni, diorang go for 20-40%... wahed invest pn diorang jeling tak selera

yang i reply dalam tu is income kalo kita pajakkan tanah kpd felda felcra... kutip dividen je  kita goyang kaki... kalo small holders usaha sendiri mmg lagi berganda2 laa income untung tu

RPGT rendah sangat ni...kena bagi lagi tinggi.

Patutlah Bursa kian lesu....ramai pelabur spend money on property investment which beri kesan beri kpd affordability.

Although construction gives multiplier effect yg banyak....ada byk jenis pembngunan lain yg bole dijalankan sykt construction selain bina new luxury properties...antaranya, redevelop old neighborhood, bina highway / railway, improve drainage, coastline.
