Ade plan nak beli rumah this year terpaksa cari pinggir bandar, sebab harga kat klang valley ni seram sejuk nak beli harga mahal betul

hotel2, lepas pandemik buka mcm biasa kott.. HK lepas SARS pon ok2 jahh.. tapi la ni dah kena amik balik caina, tak best kott..

Banyak expats kena terminate sbb kita jaga local staff sahaja.. mana2 expat on cotnract basis mmg dah lama kena buang

Hartanah dalam fasa sendu lagi kaka. Baik la labur ASB ke apa. Dapat jugak dividen sementara menunggu hartanah pulih.

Hartanah ni banyak je peluang dapat harga murah contohnya.

Bank lelong
Pemilik terdesak nak jual

Tapi kena rajin la tengok pasaran. Pastikan tak beli dari agen tengah kalau nak lagi murah.

i seee.. mesti rakyat negara depa yang datang invest sini tu..  nak jaga rakyat depa, macam shell mesti laa nak protect dutch kan...
expat ni usually gaji mahal... time recession ni (RESET), kita kena cut cost control cashflow operation (nak reduce) so kita akan cut dulu contract staff, expat.. sbb depa gaji super duper mahal, tp takde tertakluk pada akta buruh... kalo locals, kena bayor macam2, usually depa ni permanent staff.. vss is more expensive, kita nak kena comply dengan regulatory requirement
