iols kan.. pernah beli rumah subsale.. zaman 2010... punya la owner lama tu  tinggi level agama, sampai atas siling rumah tingkat atas iols kena upah orang cat balik sbb dia lukis gamba tuhan dia.. merata2

rumah tu i dah selamat jual pun, sbb rasa panas la nak duduk

Ni lebih kurang iols. But now dah jumpa yg serasi i dlu owner nk naikkan sewa. Pdhal kawasan tu berlambak unit kosong lg. So baik pindah unit lain

Iols xpaham mcm mana untung sewakan rumah zmn ni. Lg2 kalau setakat dpt rm200 per month. Kiraan iols mcm ni

Rm200 x 12 = 2,400. Katakan bulanan dekat bank rm1k. Kalau penyewa keluar, then xdpt penyewa baru dlm masa 2 bulan, tggal 400 je profit.  Klau setakat 400 setahun baik main asb. Hutang rumah dah la 35y. Belum lg kalau x ada penyewa 6bulan ke atas. Nak main flip pulak i tgk mcm dah reach max market hartanah malaysia ni sbb matawang jatuh, gaji yg bekerja masih di takuk lama. So nak pergi jauh mana je harga rumah ni?

Ank aku cadang nk beli rmh bukit raja under s*me da*b* 900k++end lot je..rege sblm pkp boleh cecah 1.2-1.4m konon dpt cash back 40k tp bila buat loan jd 940k apa barang kn..aku ckp pikir dulu nk beli. rmh teres je kot..baik buat kat tnh sendiri..korang baru nk hidup..walopn loan 30-35 tahun..3k++ tu ssh jgk nk mencari,laki bini engineer pon blm tentu lg senang nk bayo.somi aku pulak.kata alaa..nnti zmn2 derang nnti 3k tu celah gigi je..mcm rasa 1000k je sebulan..aku ckp aku dh byk rugi beli rmh masa 30an dulu..sewa org x bayar,bila duit tgh sesak nk jual bkn leh dpt dan2 tu..kena jual murah walau pon dh reno cantik2.aku suh buat tanah sendiri je nk jgk beli dkt dgn rmh aku..dekat jgk la dgn shah alam..aku hrp loan x approve je..jahat kn aku..tp mmg gaji derang laki bini mmg lebih dr mampu.hu hu

yes.. mmg tak untung pun kasi sewa... campur dgn perangai tenant perangai hanat lagi... so far rumah sewa husband i ni mmg untuk satu apartment mmg untung rm100-200 sebulan je lepas tolak installment, quit rents, maintenance fee... itu yang mana berbaloi jual utk flip, mmg kitorang jual.. mana yang buleh maintain rate sewa, and strategic, kita simpan... tp weols tak simpan banyak pun.. now ada 1 je rumah yang kitorang sewa.. lain2 dah jual circa 2017 - 2020
